From the Founder

Gold jewelry has a problem. Most of it can't keep up with real life. It tarnishes after a few weeks. It turns your skin green. It comes with a list of things you're not supposed to do while wearing it.

Take it off before the shower. Take it off before the gym. Take it off before the pool. At some point it stops feeling like jewelry and starts feeling like a responsibility.

I started Taylor because I kept watching gold jewelry fail the people wearing it. Bracelets that looked perfect for a week, then tarnished. Necklaces you had to take off before doing anything. It didn't make sense that looking good and living your life had to be two different things.

Every Taylor piece is handmade in Brooklyn using 18k gold bonded at a molecular level — the same process used on luxury watches. It's why our gold doesn't tarnish, fade, or leave marks on your skin.

We back everything with a lifetime color warranty because if the gold doesn't last, we haven't done our job.

Taylor is still small and that's intentional. We'd rather make fewer pieces and make them well than rush to be everywhere at once. If you're here, you probably care about the same things we do: quality that holds up, design that stays simple, and jewelry you can actually live in.
