If the gold on your Taylor piece ever fades, tarnishes or changes color with normal wear, we'll replace it. No time limit.
What's covered
Color, for life
Fading, tarnishing or color change from normal everyday wear, including water, sweat and sleep.
Craftsmanship, for 1 year
Elastic that breaks or a bead that comes loose within the first year. We'll repair or replace it.
Not covered
Loss or theft, accidental damage like crushing or cutting the elastic, and pieces not bought from Taylor.
How to make a claim
Email us a photo.
Send your order number and a photo of the piece to hello@weartaylor.com. We'll reply within 24 hours and take it from there.
